Limited inducements - no mercenaries of any type, no wizards or sideline staff.

Allowed: chef, bribes, kegs, apothecary, mortuary assistant, dedicated fans, cheerleaders, assistant coaches, riotous rookies, team mascot, heady brew.

No inducements before games (I.e. if you do not spend all of your cash, you don't get any inducement cash before the game).
Only Tier 3 teams may take 0-1 star player.

Tier 1 - 30 SPP
Tier 2 - 42 SPP
Tier 3 - 54 SPP

SPP may be spent as per the rule book, with the caveat that no team may have more than 3 instances of the same skill, and no random skills or stat increases. Max 2 skills per player. Primary skills are selected before secondary (I.e. if you want a block guard ogre, he has to select and pay SSP for guard first)

We will be using various rules for pitches/balls in keeping with the Silvanian Spotlight theme, but these will be announced on the day.

Rosters will be checked by your 1st round opponent. Any rosters found to be illegal after this will be disqualified from winning any awards. Rosters must be clear to read (preferable digital to help save the planet...) and available for your opponent to view at any time. Any miniatures not painted will receive the loner special rule until they are painted.

Soz, misunderstoood/misread. Thought you were asking what tiers in the book are
