Quick Snap cup 2021 - Warhammer World, Nottingham 23rd October 2021

Not my tournament but thought people may be interested.

Warhammer community events team have announced a tournament at Warhammer World on 23rd October. Tickets go on sale on October 4th...though looks like it will be £35 per head (not sure if that includes food but assume not).

3 games, register at 9 start at 10am-8pm.

1.15gp. Uses BB 2020 rulebook + Spikes 11 and 12 + teams of legend (DZ not mentioned)

I'm guessing it won't be NAF ranked? Or is someone taking on that challenge?

It's a new record - six copies of the roster! One for event staff, one for each of your three opponents. Erm. That's 4. Plus one for yourself? Assume it was 4 games originally and they dropped one.

The event pack actually refers to five copies. It's still excessive of course. Unless they expect your opponents to frame your rosters and hang them up in their house

It does also refer to handing over printed copies of the team draft list. Whilst GW site only provides un-editable PDFs.

Using an unsanctioned spreadsheet at a GW tournament...... I can nearly smell the courtroom!

Seems there will be a limited number of Kreek Rustgouger and Wilhelm Chaney models available (1 week early). Limited to 1 of each per participant.

The tournament is using best coast pairings app. So i'm not taking anything on print as you submit your roster through that.

Had a bit of a dig, and apparently they're posting the results Monday/Tuesday.

Warhammer world have pasted a document on their Facebook page but it uses real names rather than NAF names.

I can tell you that Skitters was 14th and won no awards....but not sure that is the information you want!

Orcs placed 1st and 2nd, Imperial Nobility 3rd

Doesn't help me as I don't do fb and I'm only posting NAF names on the HoF. I think I'll just miss this one.
