What is it?: It is a NAF-sanctioned, 4 game, one-day tournament, with a random first round draw, followed by Swiss pairings for the remaining three rounds. It is a 4 game, one-day, tournament, with a random first round draw, followed by Swiss pairings for the remaining three rounds. As the name suggests, there is a definite leaning towards the Festive Season; Merry Squigmas! All games will be played using the Winter Weather table (details within the ruleset, link below). Roster submission will be via TourPlay and NAF sanctioning has been applied for.

When is it?: Saturday December 2nd, 2023.

Where is it?: Firestorm Games, 121 Victoria Road, Swindon, SN1 3BD.

How much is it?: £25 for NAF members, and £30 for non-NAF members (including the £5 sign up cost when processed by a NAF representative). Please be aware that local parking isn't NCP levels of eye-watering, but is unfortunately public car parking only. I may be able to collect folk from the train station if you arrive at similar times. Alternatively, share cars if it is safe to do so and save the planet.

Why is it?: This is a festive-themed event that uses several existing Blood Bowl rules and mechanics to bring out the real magic of Squigmas - including an updated version of the Dirty Tricks deck from the Ghost of Squigmas Past himself. Also, ‘Elf’ is the greatest Christmas movie of all time, and needs to be celebrated more.

Payments should be made via Paypal (friends and family) to haribo_21@hotmail.com. Please include the tournament name, your NAF name, NAF number, actual name and your telephone number. There will be no refunds for cancellations within two weeks of the tournament date.

We are limiting to thirty spots. As soon as we hit thirty paid up names, it’ll just be paid reserve spots up for grabs.

Just paid. Shame I can't make Foul Bowl this year but I'll look forward to this instead.

Meet Bloody the Elf (well, Goblin).

This little fella will go home with each coach at ‘Blood on the Snow’, in December.

Hi Jip

Just to say DDark used my old NAF name if that makes a difference? It’s now BB_Nut not Blood Bowl Nut.

Thank you and really looking forward to this, love the rules pack.

Ben

Just to clarify, can you take a Rat Ogre with Skaven-less Underworld or only the Troll?

NAF ranking confirmed - a NAF representative emailed me from his fridge, so it must be important.

To count as Stunty? Sure. Happy with either flavour of Big Guy.

“There is no limit to the number of skills a single player can be given from the team’s allocation.” Does this mean that multiple players can be given multiple skills or that a single player can be given multiple skills and the rest can only be given 1?

Multiple players can have multiple skills. Or you could whack pretty much every skill on one player and inevitably have him or her sent off by the Officious Ref kick-off result in three out of four games, ha!
