Wow, won by a Chaos Team and this without access to mutations.

No idea that this would be possible ... piling on x5? Any details on the team and the skill pics?

Congrats!

Match reports Daunte’s Titans (2 Thrw, 4 Blitz, 2 Catch, 4 line, FF 6, RR 3, 1 Apo)

1) vs Jelmer’s Lords of Sunset (High Elf). Bad Luck on both sides - Jelmer in the first half, yours truly in the second half. Therefore a good result: 1-1.

Skills: Accurate on Th1 (Daunte! ), Guard on Bltz 1

2) vs Menno’s Blackbird Bunnies (Amazon). Was able to find some holes in a tight amazon defense (God I hate the block-dodge combo if you don’t have any tackle guys… ), and a ridiculous turn 8 (2nd half) Long Bomb (Daunte! ) earned me a flattering 3-1 victory.

Skills: Block on th1 (Daunte! ), kick on line1

3) vs Marco’s FC Hamelen (Skaven). I Really really enjoyed this match. Marco is excellent fun to play against and we drank plenty of beers :). Two knock-out linemen and a KO Rat ogre (fouled) in the second half gave me the necessary breathing room to win 3-2.

Skills: Block on catch1, Block on Line2

So that was the end of Saturday and driving back to Amsterdam Norse and I realized we were going to play each other on table 2 the next day….(the psychological warfare already began… )

4) vs Norse’s Grishnaks Grinderz (Orc). I received first and scored 1-0 in turn 4. Norse’s cage was moving at great speed towards my endzone but he wasn’t able to equalize in the first half. With great determination he applied the same tactics in the second half (I already had three guys in the dead&injured box), but then, @ turn 4, Norse decided he wanted to throw his goblin (with no re-roll left for that turn). That was a big risk – I’m sure he will agree – and the goblin did SPLAT. That I won 2-0 was because I was extremely lucky with my pass-action  .

Skills: Block on catch2, Tackle on Blitz2 (And that was a stupid mistake, I should have taken Guard knowing I was facing either humans or Chaos).

5) vs. Michiel’s Happy Tree Friends (Chaos). On table 1….I was a little nervous. Michiel managed to break me in the first half and I was sure I was doomed :-? . Managed to break his cage in the second half to score a in the fifth turn (1-1). Then a perfect defence (in combination with my kick skill) actually gave me a great opportunity to win the tournament, but we all know what can happen if you make two sprints, and Michiel just played a hell of a game.
So that’s how a Chaos Team won the tournament!

Also: I didn't manage to produce ONE SINGLE casualty in the entire tournament....Talking about 'clean Bloodbowl'....... :D

It was a very good tournament result for me. Thanks to Marco Keja & Jelmer (da organizas) for a great time!

Damn shame I missed this tourney, sounds like great fun.
I wonder how another Amsterdamned woodelf team would have managed.
Ah well, Chateau Villet dans La Bourgogne wasn't bad either. I'm starting to love France and the French, strange....

The plan / wish is to make the massacre a yearly event, so you'll probably have another chance next year.

Dave, my sincere apologies. It should have turned out 5-0 for the greenskins but I gave you an easy time, thinking you were a rookie

And red-eyed venom lizardmen man, have you got your camera and sweater back yet?
