Odd Number of Coaches

Post by BlanchPrez »

Hey,

I don't know if this has come up before, but I thought I'd ask anway. Let's say you are putting on a tourney (as I happen to be). Now, let's say that you end up with an odd number of coaches... what do you do? This hasn't happened, but I was just wandering what to do should it. I don't want to turn anyone away (other than if I end up filling all the slots open), but I'm not sure what to do with an odd number of coaches.

I think normal practice is to have a stand by - if there are odd players they play, otherwise they twiddle their thumbs.

well, that is how you deal with being organiser.
You can play or not...odd or even...

that's how i played 1 game during Rendez-vous Bloodbowl:
i player missing at the beginning=>odd, so i didnt play for all tha day to have even number of players.
Sunday morning, a player got ill=>odd, so i played= even
sunday afternoon, a player left=>odd, so i stop to play also=>even.

this is how you can deal with it.
