I just want to point out that this makes 4 BUBBLE coaches and just 3 from amsterdam (counting Norse

Not as long as foreign teams are willing/able to participate.
There is limited space, so foreign teams take precedence.

If it will be obvious in september that no more teams will enter, than a second Dutch team should be admittable.
