The Dutch Mega Gaming Day will be held at November 16. in Tilburg. Some Belgian playing group announced they will organise a Blood Bowl tournament. So far I haven't heard anything about it.

On the site of the Dutch Outriders (organisers of the Gaming Day; http://www.games-workshop-hobby-nl.org/ ) there's nothing to be found but the date and the city. More info should appear in due time.

I think the 40 Euro is for the Grand Tournament..

I just heard it is NOT gonna be NAF - sanctioned ... talking about Crap. That's just plain silly.

I am trying to get in touch with the guys (belgian) that are organizing the BB stuff.

I've been to a previous version of the Mega Gaming Day and it costed fl. 2,50 to get in. The gym they hired was filled up mostly with the WFB and 40K tournament. If they don't have a BB-tournament I will not take the trip. If they do, I'll have to see if I can get another day off from the missus.

Dave, will it help if we start mailing them about NAF-sanctioned?? If so, please post the address (or PM it to me).

just got this reply mail. I know it's in Dutch but I'll give a short translation.
vriendelijke groeten,
Dirk Bruylants
He writes he knows the NAF but as he doesn't know things like what they will demand, if it costs money they decided not to make it NAF sanctioned. They might consider it for a next time.

I'll ask the guy if it's okay for me to give his adress to some NAF bozo's. They might talk him around.

Tell the guy to at least get in touch with Lucy (NAF coordiantor for the Netherlands). The requirements are not THAT drastic, and it doesn't cost anything to be NAF accredited, beyond a bit of effort to keep track of the scores (which they should be doing anyway).
