Not getting any answer from the email address on the Supernumerate Halfling Scribe (
halflingscribe@gmx.net) webpage, so thought I'd ask here.
Has anyone seen this error and know how to fix it?
Also is it possible to extend beyond 25 teams?

The Supernumerate Halfing Scribe is old, but never tired of learning new things:
He's back with full knowledge on the BB2016 rulesset (switchable back to LRB6 for traditionalists) He also learned about unofficial rosters of Brettonia, Daemons of Khorne and Simyin and has not forgot the Slann.

Digging up an old post. Is there an lrb 4 version of the halfling scribe (or similar) that works with modern computer OS?

I digged up an old LRB4 version from my computer.
Should still work on most Excel versions.

Unfortunately there is a bug in V5.0: Exclusions of teams are not evaluated correctly for stars and inducements with the .any. assignment (e.g. Morg, Bribe, Halfling Chef). So Morg is listed for Undead teams and price reductions of Bribe and Chef for Goblins and Halflings do not trigger.
V5.02 has been released.
