Help need for a registration page

I have been using freedback but they have been hacked
I am looking for someone to help me with a registration form for our site

I am not fully certain of your needs, but I wrote the registration module for OBBLM: http://code.google.com/p/obblm/source/b ... gistration

If you take a look at the header.php file you can see that I created it to be easily configured to change table and field names.

After registration, by default the admin has to activate the user.

It should take little changes to get it working for another system. I'd need some sort of testing environment setup to help you further.
