OBBLM - More than 12 Rounds in a Tournament

I apologize for not foreseeing this would be a problem and therefore hardcoding it in a non adjustable way.
I have now re-coded this so that the number of rounds is 60 AND and can be adjusted easily.

I updated the fresh installer for new installations of OBBLM on Mercury VPS to support 32 rounds. I've not pushed anything to any existing sites. The main problem is that some people may make their own changes and if I arbitrarily forced an update, I would break their changes. This is a major obstacle in automatically keeping OBBLM sites up to date.

If you need help, I can update the files. It is lib/match_class.php and lang/translations.xml that needs updating.

But not to worry as I don't intend to have that many rounds
