OBBLM Adding skills in imported players

Is there a way to programatically import developed players in OBBLM?

It seems the import feature (xml) "only" allows to set amount of spp a player has but the actual extra skills are needed to be entered manually through the UI.

I would like to avoid that since we have a lot of teams.......
