Any way of replacing a team in a tournament that has already started (a coach has dropped out).

I'm guessing not, but would be very happy to be corrected.

Not automatically - though if you change the tournament to an FFA you can delete and manually reschedule the games with the replacement team. Bit fiddly, but will do what you want
