OBBLM simple league walkthrough?

Hi all. I'm looking to run a simply BB league for my club. The plethora of tournament options has me really lost as I don't know what implications they hold further down the line. I'm looking for a simple walkthrough on how to do the following:
- Create a tournament where each team plays each other team once
- Coaches can schedule their own games (I see the option and ticked it but it still seems to autogenerate the schedule)
- A knockout round for the top 4 teams at the end would be nice but not essential
Can anyone guide me here? I've looked through the official help files but I think they're written for readers with a far more in depth knowledge of the processes than me.
