OBBLM - Heal Niggling Injury

I am wondering if anyone has come up with a way to heal/remove Niggling Injuries from players between seasons without just removing it from the original match report?
Currently this is not possible other than using the workaround you mentioned.
Needs some data model extensions to implement (number of cured nigglings must be recorded on the player data), so it's not a simple fix.
