Digital "newspaper" with leaguenews

From time to time I see people publish some kind of league-paper, with rankings, interviews, stats, fun stuff,...

I'd like to make something alike for my own community, but I'm lacking the skills to set it up. Sooo.... I was hoping some of you guys had a template-like-file I could use?

I do the newsletter for SAWBBL, based on a template liberated from Ringbeard in the Waterbowl.
