OBBLM Spike! #1 Patch [BETA]

I'm happy to announce that we have a patch to add the new positionals and star players from BB2016, DZ1, DZ2 and Spike! #1 to OBBLM installs.
The patch has not been extensively tested yet on a variety of pre-exisitng environments, which is why I'm considering this to be the beta testing stage. If you have an OBBLM install and are comfy taking site and database backups and rolling back if required, then please apply the patch and let me know how you get on.
This is intended to be applied over the NAFLM v1.0 release, so please apply that prior to the patch if you have not already done so.
Most of the changes are around the new positionals and star players, so ensure you can create and update teams with these (especially the various paired Star Players) and that pre-existing teams are unaltered.
If you have an OBBLM install but are less comfortable with patching and rolling back the site, then I'd recommend waiting another couple of weeks until we have feedback from other users and confirmed any issues are resolved.

Ah, this is a known issue but a browser problem rather than a site issue and most likely Chrome. The CSS has been changed quite substatntially, but Chrome is very aggressive in i's download optimisation and will use cached CSS files even when the datestamp on the file has changed. So what you're seeing is the impact of using the new site files (from the server) with the old CSS files (from your device cache).
Clear cache files in Chrome wrote: If the menu is not displaying correctly, showing as plain text rather than dropdowns, please clear your browser cache and reload. This is most likely to affect Chrome, as it is more agressive in its caching and may retain old CSS files. You can do this by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DEL, select 'Cached images and files' and click 'Clear Data'.

For Chrome on mobile devices:
- To the right of the address bar, tap More More and then Settings.
- Tap Privacy and then Clear browsing data.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Check "Cached images and files." Uncheck all the other items.
- Tap Clear data.
I can confirm that your site looks fine from my browser.

Hi Vanguard, is it possible to contribute some time to add the other Spike content and he new halfling roster in a format that will be useful/usable towards the next update? This DZ2 and Spike 1 patch is great!

Spike Magazine 2 stars and inducements, will need the patch above and to do Admin - > OBBLM Core Panel functions to make this work, please backup any files before testing, I'll get Spike 3 and 4 uploaded in the next week, then will launch Halflings as soon as the Spike 5 comes out

There are a lot of leaks out but I want to wait to make sure I get all the inducements also and only put out one update.

Any idea on when this will be rolled out to the NAF hosted OBBLM site? We have a new league starting July 1 and I'd love to run the halflings!

Thanks for this. It was relatively painless once I got around some timeouts due to a large DB/restrictive server.

Let me know if you hear back from NAF. I'm not sure if OBBLM has been otherwise abandoned. :(
