Moving from Mercury to NAFLM - questions

We are considering moving our league from a Mercury hosted OBBLM to NAFLM and some questions arise:
- Is there an easy way to migrate existing teams?
- Keep the league's history in any way?
- Maybe move the whole database? (The current one is an old version...)
