Can u only conjure once in a game or is there a trick to getting the second card? I had problems in the first game but got it to work, but i cant remember how i did it for my second game.

Okay ... two prong question:

1) If you have a level 2 Spellcaster or higher you can cast Conjure twice.

2) To add a card later in the game, you do the following sequence.

Cards menu
Decode cards for your color
Cards menu
Add a card
Select your color
Put 1 in the Magic Item card slot
Type in a new password that has at least as many letters as you have cards

Should work fine.
