Another couple of thoughtss that occurred to me while I was robotically going about my work.
1) possible names for this thing: Amsterdam is clearly the real world equivalent of the Warhammer world city of Marienburg, so...
Massacre in Marienburg? The great Marienburg Meltdown? Mayhem in Marienburg? Some variation of those themes?
2) That spare Wodell place...has anyone asked Johnny P if he can make it? Guildford and Aldershot are so close it wouldn't be a problem...
3) How much does a pint cost in Amsterdam?

If they had Oranjeboom, I would have chosen another pub :P
I believe they have Heineken, but I'll check their site to make sure.

I didn't know Marienburg equaled Amsterdam?
Are you sure????????
If it does, then Maasacre at Marienburg would be my fav...

I'm pretty sure. The geographical location is at least close to right.

(taken from http://www.hogshead.demon.co.uk/WFRP-Marienburg.htm )

"At the mouth of the River Reik stands Marienburg, the world’s marketplace: the largest, richest, most corrupt and most dangerous city-port in the Old World.
Traders come from every land to make their fortunes in its busy docks and markets. But some are here to negotiate darker deals in alleys, slums and dank canals, for Marienburg is a place where everything is for sale: stolen property, looted goods, secrets, loyalties, bodies, and worse. And with the Empire and Bretonnia both eyeing its wealth and strategic location, the city is on a knife-edge, filled with racial tension, espionage and fear.

Built on a hundred islands, Marienburg is home to the richest man alive, the only enclave of Sea Elves in the Old World, and more gold than adventurers can dream of. Here on the edge of the Sea of Claws are so many opportunities for adventure, excitement and messing about in boats that even a crooked harbour-inspector couldn’t count them all."

I'll do some checking in my copy of WFRP when I get home.
