The Bloodbowl is held in Warhammer World which is on the grounds of the Games Workshop Headquarters so it would be difficult to avoid gamesworkshop.

Unless they have added something to their range recently, they do not sell dice cups. Bugmans, the pub right next to or in (depending upon your view) Warhammer World sells mugs, which you could use for dice cups. They are not Blood Bowl themed, but themed from the pub itself. It would be pricy but usable.

or even a goblet if you want to go with a dice cup goblet...

Im sure that they sell 'Warp Artifacts' stuff there, they do (or used to) dice boxs and cups. They did a selection of Ork and Spacemarines that ive seen in the past.
