People have been asking when the ACC05 will be held, so we have chosen a date. The venue still needs to be confirmed, but this is where we are hoping to put it. You can now make your plans for what looks like being a very busy August for Bloodbowl in the UK. We should have it all confirmed by early in the new year.

Date: 20th to the 21st of August 2005 - CONFIRMED
Location: University of Southampton Students Union, Southampton, Hampshire, UK
Time: 9am to 8pm both days (extended timetable from last year, less rushing to get games finished)
Format: 6 match Swiss, including a grand final for deciding the champion.
Pricing: £20, £17 for NAF members

Here is a pick of last years Winners Trophy

I'll do my best to keep the prizes and give-aways up to last years standard :)

Tickets are now on sale!!! 36 are available. Details of the tournament, rules, payment, are on the new ACC web site, including the results of last years event (only 7 months late) and pics of the winners, trophies and the Albion Wight.

I know, you would have preferred 6 am - 9 pm to get more games done!

Yeah - Have a lie-in and give me a 3-0 concede bye in the first round this time!

_______________
Ranked 10th in the UK for Skaven
Ranked 3rd in the UK for Halflings

Gotta love those crazy NAF rankings

You using Halflings? Dirty tactic that, ensuring victory through goading your opponent into not turning up on time.... (again  )

Damn, that's close to Newquaybowl.....

Still, hope to make it this year (just have to make sure the missus doesn't book a holiday ;) ).

I know, I want to make it to both too, but we can't move very much as it has to be in the middle of the Student holidays or we can't get the room.

We thought this would be better then a week earlier, or a week later (Bank Holiday weekend)

Don't worry, given here my priority list for the year! ;)

Newquay bowl in lieu of a B'day present, Albion Cup as it's close to home, and I damn well said so!
