Bavaria has a lot to offer: Beautiful forests, cool lakes, a few neat castles, plenty of beer and of course the Octoberfest! But the latest attraction you can not only see on the largest Bavarian island, no, you can even participate: A bloody mayhem of races from all over the old world will happen at the Swabian Sea:

Might be able to make this one ... looks interesting and like a nice mini vacation.

Thanks for boosting my knowledge, i would have sworn that Lindau is part of Baden-WÃ¼rttemberg. GÃ¼nther Jauch, here i come, hand me that million!

Nice twist, i like that. Might be useful to specify what is considered as a lineman. Suggestion: any 0-12 choice for that team, so Undead have 2 types of lineman (Skellie/Zombie), Ogres are linemen on Ogre teams (YEAH!), halflings and gobbos on their teams.

I already specified teh lineman/-woman/-thing in the rules, just not in this thread....if you take a look at the rules for the Sourcerer's Stone Cup it's basically the same thing:

For the new teams, Ogres and Vampires: Thralls and Goblins

EDIT:Correction: After considering the facts the lineman position of the Ogre team will be changed from Goblin to Ogre. That means, the team captain of an Ogre team must be an Ogre and NOT a Goblin

-give a second skill to two players who already have received a skill, (except for Big Guys and Bull Centaurs!)

what about the ogre team ogres (don't count as Big Guys so they can use team rerolls) and mummies? i think you want to exclude em too

just another question.. when you refer to casusalties caused.. what exactly is counted there.. blocking cas/fouling cas/crowdpush cas/failed dodge/gfi cas/throw a rock cas? don't want to be too picky

but it's always a bit irritating since everyone seems to interpret that topic differently

per definition a casualty can only be caused through a block (offensive or defensive)....just like you would earn SPP. No injuries caused by a foul or by the crowd are worth a SPP, so they won't count here either

After thinking about the lineman position of the Ogre team quite a bit, I came to the conclusion that the captain of the Ogre team must be an Ogre....a Goblin is not eligable anymore.

YEAH! I think that's the right decison. atl east they are the 0-12 choice on that team.

I don't see it why it should be for bashers only. The higher TR (110) gives elf teams a little boost, the increased skill advancement helps out Chaos and Nurgle teams, the general skill at the beginning helps goblins/halflings and maybe the Ogre and Lizard teams. The goblins have even a chance to take secret weapons, the possibility for a trait gives the skaven a chance for a one turner if they take the mutation..

....I would like to see your valued opinion why this is sooo good for basher teams....one of the reasons could be that all lineman will have guard after 3 rounds, so what?
