Now that Draco has returned, lets get this thread back up the lists so that it might attract his attention. We need you Draco! Pick a date!

This is a part of the calendar that we have to consider. Would it be that bad to pick a date somewhere half of july? (vacations?)

June

The only dates impossible for some of the Dutch players (me included) would be the 25-26 june due to the RDV (sorry Nighthawk) and 2-3 july due to Tulips Amsterdam.

The rest is free so early june would be no problem for me or halfway (late) july.

I would then prefer july.

- 9/7: Brassman annual barbecue (unless someone from brassman knows about another date)
- 16/7 : free
- 23/7 : not free
- 30/7 : free

But... july could be tricky for attendance, especially for people with school-going kids (cute little critters running around your house

).

It is possible that many ppl will be on vacation during july (eg I'm gone from 11/7 to 31/7, of course if it's just me then it doesn't really matter).

We can also take any weekend in august. All the tourneys that are scheduled are in England or Spain. Not many of us will go there and those who do will have their mayhem of BloodBowl allready.

So I'll start the proposal of 13th of August and see who many pro's and con's we'll get!

I don't consider myself a great BB coach, but a bunch of Belgians, I can probably handle them. 13th of august is probably fine.

How about a venue in Baarle-Nassau/Baarle-Hertog?

Tuern will be doing the venue (I hope). All we are looking at now is the date so he can start organizing a venue. And yes the 13th is a saturday and fortunatly not a friday!

I know Tuern is doing that, just suggesting some nice setting. Antwerpen , Breda and Dordrecht are easier to reach by public transport.
