I hope that shedule doesn't slip during the day, otherwise I might have to leave half way through game 3

Which pub are people planning on? I'm arriving at Waterloo Intl at 18:27, so pointers from there on would be appreciated (as well as someone to stay sober enough to tell me where my hotel is when I'm absolutely pissed)

The most obvious one would be the Green Man (the venue!).

Directions from Waterloo - go onto the underground and take the Northern Line north to Warren Street. Exit warren Street tube, turn left onto the main road and walk until you see the pub on your left hand side.

Directions from Euston/Kings X are broadly the same but taking the northern line southbound instead.

Ben - will try to keep everyone moving along quickly, cutting lunch and breaks short if need be. Also, if we get everyone there early enough we can just start ahead of schedule. I'm more concerned about sticking to times on the Sunday morning though ;)

The thing that should keep it on schedule on Saturday is being able to order your lunch around 2nd Half Turn 5 or Turn 6 and having it ready when your game finishes. :)

Absolutely - if I am not playing I will go around with a menu and take orders in batches to get them ready.

If not I suggest people order at half time. 50 coaches may mean a significant queue though there is no reason why you can't eat through game 2. A lot odd perhaps, but not impossible.

Right...I've checked the trains...printed out a list of the trains I need for each trip (I can't believe the bar stewards are shutting down the Circle AND the Hammersmith and City...that means I have to WALK...)

Shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Still not decided what race to play.

I'll be up for a few beers on Friday night - we agreed on the Green Man then?

Ian (doubleskulls) is down too....

Green Man works for me. Will be there about 7-7:30pm timeframe as meeting Gorbad at Waterloo and am on guide duty.

And I will be there as well. Being led around London and ending up in a pub with BB'ers beats being irrevocably lost ;)
