Right, almost completely ready!!!

I've got my human roster all printed, my skill selection, erm, considered and my bag mostly packed. This is gonna be a good weekend. 8)

'Hero' is picking us up from London about 9.30am, so all I have to do is make the meeting point on time and ensure I have my passport.... (oh year, where did that thing go :-? )

See everyone there for Friday night beers and chat!!! :D :D :D

Fun was had, fries were consumed, beers were brutally killed.

Halflings almost won a game, Norse's team got (temporariliy) held hostage, and massive amounts of chicken were ingested.

In short, a bit for everyone.

Thank you all for attending, and making this a fun tournament!

cya next year

Sam

Thanks to every one especially the organizers! I've had a great weekend.

About my first place... I hope this will be an inspiration to everybody who never expects to win a tourney. Because if I can :o. I believe I've never extually made in in the upperhalf of the endlist.

By the way I think I know were this "blessing" came from. Last thursday I layed my M@dhobbit hooded shirt to dry on the gasheater? (gaskachel) When I got home around 3 o'clock at night I opened up a window to get the garlic smell of shoarma out of my room. The temperature change made the heater turn up a notch. At the time I figured out where the burning smell came from it was too late and the hoody of the sweater was totally turned in to charcoal.
I guess Nuffle took this as a ritual sacrifice in his honor. So next time i'll be with you less fortunate people again, as always.

Looking forward to next year!!!

By the way that waitress in the artiest (I believe it was called) around the corner of the hostel was HOT

Brilliant tourney - special thanks to Christoph and Dries who ran around cars for us Brits to and from the hostel. Excellent organisation, guy behind the bar all weekend deserves a mention, just a fantastic time. Well done Jort.

memories:
Flaming sambucas - too many, too hot, why in the first place....
Basil Fawlty.........you had to be there to get it, but man it was funny
Chicken.....is that not the best chicken place EVER? I mean, AWESOME
TurnRedVenom & Gumbo... foul action...(you need help, its an obsession  )
Miloquiasers 4 Armour 12 Goblins in his Orcs team
Throwing 9 half die blocks v Milo above and never once rolling a skull. hehehe
Getting spectacularly drunk until 4am. *sigh* brilliant fun

(did we ever put that fire out? )

Tired too. :)
An outstanding weekend, really! :D Loved every minute, a lot of good memories to add to the bank. Spent a whole lot of time just laughing, great people present ( always cool to put a few more faces to names :) ) .
Thanks for the company all, special thanks to our hosts who spent loads of time and effort driving us around and showing us around some of the local places... Chicken.. excellent Belgium beer... Basil Fawlty.. flaming sambuca er..'incidents' (ouch! :) ).

One to treasure, thanks all again, I'll be back next year. :)
