I don't think that it is a problem unique to dice cups. I have plastic Zombies and the number of time they've been scattered by an over enthusiastic opponent's dice rolled across the table from their hands...

if i asked someone if i could use there dice and they said no, that makes me a little wary of the fact they 'could' be used fixed dice, not meaning they are, but the suspicion is there.

Why refuse the other player the uses of them.
