Bravo España !

Are you ready to host around 100 coaches next year ?

Anyone's got the complete results ?

I just know that the Nicodaz's Khemri are the bashlords of the tournament with 23 casualties done...

Aaaarrrrrrrhhh... Khemris : kings of the headache !

Just got home. Absolutely great tourney! I had loads of fun, thx to Italy for the superb organisation and to all my opponents for the fun games (Ray-Me, Zsoltsj, Grotuk, Longshot, Flix and an Italian whose name I can't remember  .

We set out not to become last and beat the dutch and ended up second (but lost to the dutch)! And only by half a point!!!! We were so close!

But second place is great! We were leading after day 1 and we were drawn up against france for game 4. Then we heard people say things like "Belgium were lucky today" and "They will be trashed by France" and "it's will be miracle if they end in top 3" (by members from teams we didn't even play yet  ).
But we beat France 6-2, and then we beat Germany. And we lost with the smallest difference from Italy. S I think we deserved that second place.

1. Spain - 29,5
2. Belgium - 29
3. Italy - 28,5
4. Denmark - 28,5
...
12. Scotland

Not sure about the rest.

Still very dissapointed about Spain's comeback, it's not like Belgium posted bad results on day 2, we could have won. And we might never get this close again.

I had a great time though, thx to everybody who made this event possible!

I had a wonderfull Eurobowl 2006 as Freebooter for Team Belgium. Thx to you guys for making this possible. (Especially Brass Sam for giving me his Team place and shirt).

Gratulations to Spain. Somebody has to tell me this secret of calling METAAAL all the time. :P

Thx to Panico, Beppe, Aramil, and the nice Italien cheerleaders for such a perfect weekend. (Now sitting in my office, while outside everything is grey and rainy).

Final results:
1. Spain
2. Belgium
3. Italy
4. Denmark
5. England
6. Germany
7. Holland
8. France
9. Freebooter
10. Austria (Cordoba   )
11. Hungary
12. Scotts

One last word to the Belgiums. You are a fine team. Dont let anyone else tell you something other. Ill see you on the world cup next year. And 2008 in Spain, youll get you next chance for the title.

First off congratz to Spain for winning - well done.
Congratz to Belgium for proving that the last couple of years have taught you something :)
And congratz to Italy who deserved the 3´rd by defeating us.
Also thx to Panico and Beppe for arranging a great tournament- couldn´t ask for more in my opinion.

But I also have to say that the Danes are dissapointed - we finished with 28,5 pts same as Italy, ½ behind Belgium and 1 behind Spain - but got nothing

Still it was a fantastic tournament.

PS next year won´t be held in Spain, it will be in Nottingham.
and includes USA and probaly Canada.
So it will be a world cup instead of a Eurobowl :smoking:
