ARBBL racial tiers - any fixes needed?

Right, ARBBL is 6 skills, pre-selected, one added to the roster each game - #2 and #5 can be doubles if the coach wants.
We also added the following tiers:

Tier 2 - extra normal skill in game 4 (total 7): Human, Elf, Necromantic

Tier 3 - extra normal skill in game 1 (total 7): Chaos, Chaos Pact, Khemri, Nurgle, Slann, Underworld, Vampire

Tier 4 - extra normal skill in games 1 and 4 (total of 8): Goblin, Halfling, Ogre, Saurus-less Lizardman, Skaven-less Underworld

Everyone else was Tier 1.


Any glaring mistakes? Any race that anyone feels should move up or down a tier?

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.
