For those of you new to the Ribble Rumble, this is the re-introduction of a tournament we used to run several years back in Blackpool. We aim to provide you with a weekend of great gaming and socialising and good memories so please join in and make the most of it and have an enjoyable weekend.
For those of you that supported us last year we are back and aiming for much bigger and better things, and we thank you for your continued support.
This year we will be bigger and better than last year, with the following improvements to name a few.
1. New Gaming boards, all dedicated 6x4 plywood and none of that cloth stuff
2. New terrain for at least 50% of the boards and possibly for even more (we willl post progress updates here)
3. Hot Food on both days will be included in your ticket price
4. Fresh Tea and Coffee free for all on both days !
5. Increased places with up to 64 players in 40k, 20 Flames of War, 20 Hordes & Warmachine and 16 Blood Bowl
6. Improved communications with large posters displaying critical event information
But don't panic not all will be changing, for your delight and enjoyment we will be retaining the following goodies;
1. Still the same competative but fun gaming atmosphere.
2. Same top location
3. Same dedication to supporting the Hobby side
4. Same great prize support with lots of nice trophies.
5. Same after event social at the Adelhi Pub. Also if you are lucky you might catch a glimpse of Dave's pink shirt !!
The event will be run on the weekend of August 4/5th 2012 at The Atrium, Students Union Buildings in Preston, Lancs, UK

This may well be the final swan song event for the glorious(?) Wahammer 40K 5th Edition! So come and give your army one last outing
The event will be 1850 points and will feature multi-objective based missions taken from this years ETC rules pack.
