Skills
Since HQ Bowl is a team tournament, and Eurobowl is held shortly after, we will use the same skillsset as Eurobowl 2012
Tiers:
* Tier 1:Teams not in Tier 2 or 3
* Tier 2: Chaos, Chaos Pact, Elf, High Elf, Human, Khemri, Nurgle, Slann
* Tier 3: Goblin, Halfling, Ogre, Underworld, Vampire

Teams in Tier 1 get 0 skills before the start of the tournament, teams in Tier 2 get 1 skill before the start of the tournament, teams in Tier 3 get 2 skills before the start of the tournament. These skills are normal skills, which shuold be given to different players.
Team development:
Before the start of round 1 and 4, you can assign three skills to threee different players. One of the skills you can allocate before round 4, can be treated as a "double skill". Please keep in mind that your players can never have more than 1 skill, stacking is not allowed.
