So with Cakebowl fast approaching lets start sorting out cake ideas.
We have the ones from past years

mini cup cakes

Ginger with attitude
Christmas pudding cakes
Carrot cakes

Prize cakes

Chocolate
lemon drizzle
fruit

We have a potential new addition this year of Mojito cupcakes.
If there are any dietary requirements we can try and cater for those. Gluten and dairy free cake as a prize cake is an option.

Any other ideas post here and i'll run them by the chief baker and draw up a short list in 2 weeks

For me you can't go wrong with a battenberg

Coffee and walnut is my second favourite cake type after lemon drizzle (Cakes are important enough to actually get me onto TFF rather than proxy posting through Lunchmoney!)

Having worked in an Exceedingly Good factory for 10 years, cake rarely gets me interested. But a good Carrot Cake is a thing of beauty.
