I know there is a tourney ruleset out there, where you get more skills, if you take injury on your players.

What the ruleset called or the tourney?

Auld Wold Masters has an injury system, but I'm not sure that's what you are looking for.

Not in this years rules pack, but certainly in previous years Auld World Masters did do this. Coaches could have an additional 3 normal skills but each one would cost a niggle.
