Impact! to partner with local Roller Derby Leagues

Post by mrinprophet »

Impact! is partnering up with local roller derby leagues to help them raise money. Impact! will donate $10 (40%) per team sold via their special page. Our first partner is the Central Coast Roller Girls, NSW, Australia. If you want to help them out, here is their link http://www.impactminiatures.net/index.p ... rd_ccrg_oz

If you have a friend in Derby, pass this on please!

The newest team for Impact City Roller Derby. You'll note they have the same body, different heads and varied paint schemes. Thanks to David @ Laughing Ferret Studio for painting them and Patrick for his mad sculpting skills.

They look great. Will the next team also be the same bodies with different heads?

My girlfriend is especially excited about the prospect of a roller derby game - I can definitely see us buying a couple of teams.

It's a shame the game isn't expected to be released until next year as it would have made a good Christmas present for her (and a couple of other people I know).

That's right. The next team will be "punk" so lots of mohawks, facial piercings and tattoos.

We'd really like to get this game right, so we're doing lots of playtesting and rules revisions. Unfortunately, that takes time.
