One option is bank transfer, if the bank has no charges for such transfers (not rare for European ones); senders will need some info (BIC & IBAN?) of the destination account.

The paypal option is marking it as gift and also marking the "I pay any extra surcharge", so sender gets charged everything and receiver gets the net amount.
