Angry Bear is Angry!

Post by odinsgrandson »

Ok, I knew I had to get a copy of Super Dungeon Explore when I saw the Angry Bear mini. Now, I've painted him up in colors that I hope put a new light on him. I hope to have emphasized his anger:

And he might spend a little part of the game as a druid:

Would that be a color changing mood stone on his chest?

When I saw this on my phone it looked photoshopped, like the Greebo (and others) minis - now on the PC, and wow! You've really captured the cartoony feel.

Good job (now I hate you more :wink: ).

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.

@odinsgrandson
Any more minis already painted?
This bear and druide looks just great.
I hope, i can paint mine "comicstyle-like", too.

They're coming along slowly... I finished three kobolds that I'll post in another thread. Oh, and I painted Candy right after I got home from Gencon.

I think the secret to the comic style is the black lining with bold colors. I really feel like it is working with the group as a whole.
