Awesome!
Quite artistic really. Yor kids will love it!
I started playing X-Wing the the son of a friend of mine (7 years). What I learned: do not underestimate them! They are far better than you expect!

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

looks like I'm about to abandon (at least temporarily  ) my love of BB for an obsession with XWing.. there's a game store near me that does XWing nights once a week and my kids think Star Wars is WAY cooler than American Football, so I guess I can kiss goodbye to another pile of cash in exchange for overpriced plastic all over again..

I hate to sound like an ass, but painting stuff isn't usually too much of a problem for me...

I will concede though, the ability to game "immediately" without having to spend hours up front is a definite plus.. I will be magnetizing the minis though, so I can turn the B wings on their side.. drool..

Be happy they enjoy something miniatures.

My son was bought up around almost every kind of miniature you can name.

He has almost no interest. He just likes computer and xbox games. :(
