RAW states:
Long Legs denies SF and give +1 to intercept.

Why not Leap?
Make a Leap roll and it denies SF.

Or Big Guys?
Who by default are taller and should be able to intercept and deny SF.

Is this too much?

I agree, Passing skills are already fairly weak, to reduce their already "meh" ness would be to make them nearly unusable.
