"New" ruling on Illegal Procedure

Once again, if it aint broke, dont fix it. In our current league, so far running 6 games + finals per cup, for 2 (and a half) cups so far, I have been called once, and had to use a re-roll. I have called someone once. They did not have a re-roll and it was a turnover. I have seen one other called, and again, a re-roll was lost. If my maths is correct, with 7 players, plus finals, thats 24 games per season, for 2 and a half seasons, so some 60 odd games.
Its really not that hard to remember, ppl.
Oh, and btw rozman, teh way we play teh turnover (and I think this is teh way it was supposed to be played) is that when your opponent calls IP, teh player u were moving's turn is over. Then u decide on re-roll/TO. SO if u forget, and run in your TD, then your opponent calls IP, its TOO LATE. End of story.
