Seeing the Khorne Roster I thought I'd try and come up with a slannesh roster.

0-16 Pleasure Slaves - 50k - 6/3/3/7 - GAM / SP
0-4 Daemonettes - 100k - 7/3/4/7 - Claws, No hands, Hypnotic Gaze, Regeneration - GAM / SP
0-2 Dark Elf Cultists - 90k - 7/3/4/7 - GAP / S
0-1 Keeper of Secrets - 200k - 7/5/1/9 - Loner, Wild animal, Claw, Horns, Disturbing presence, Hypnotic gaze, Extra arms, Regeneration - S/GAPM
0-8 Rerolls - 70k
Apothecary: Yes

What do people think?

Up to 5 Hypnotic gazers with no serious drawback? Looks way overpowered to me, and that's before considering this is an agility team with a very strong big guy, who has no negatrait besides loner. :evil:

Way overpowered. This was what we feared the Khorne team might look like. Fluff works just need to scale down the positionals.

My Suggestions:

Slaves are mostly nude drop av to 7 leave 50k

Deamonettes with no hands are good as-is IMO

cultists don't really fit IMO they seem more khorne with the frenzy/jugg.. I'd keep same stance give wrestle and shadowing (they are more trying to hold you down and hump you than smash you.

Keeper of secrets: Give really stupid (fluff is the demon is more interested in diddling itself than getting involved, needing a 'fluffer' of sorts on his team to keep him interested in the game.)

Yeah, the Keeper is effectively Ag3 because of the Extra arms, has Mv7, St 5 (6 on the blitz, and Claws. Seems a touch overpowered to me.

Incredibly powerful list. I'm not too into adding Slaanesh (or Khorne), but would suggest these changes.

Linemen (which I would probably call linemen, wasn't there a time when we were trying to limit unique positionals)- Take a point of MA off, and probably limit them to G on regular rolls. Maybe add in free P access as both marauders and pit slaves both get it.

Dark elves - Remove Horns, Juggernaut and either a point of AV or a point of MA. Give them M access on a standard roll.

Daemonettes - Swap disturbing presense in for hypnotic gaze, though that might make them too similar to Nurgle. Perhaps foul appearance would be better, as their WHFB power (at least if I'm correctly recalling the ancient edition I last played) mainly kept opponents from attacking them. Make S and M (oh ho) access doubles-only. I don't know, I might limit Daemonettes to 2 while I'm at it. Just looks like the potential for a whole lot of CLPOMB with a few doubles rolls (you don't even need doubles as it stands now!).

Keeper - lose a point of MA. Add Wild Animal.

I'm going to create a roster using the same practice that Galak and dode used for the Khorne one. Here goes.
0-16 Ninjas 6338 Hypnotic Gaze, Claw GP
0-4 Daemonettes 4 5 1 9 Tentacles, Regenerate GAP
0-2 Alluress 4 5 1 10 Tentacles, Big Hand GP
0-1 Keeper of secrets 6 5 1 8 Bone Head, Might blow S

There we go, that seems to be how they did it. Linemen with no affliation with said god, check.
Linemen have the skills the daemons should have. check!
Linemen get random skill access to P. check!
Lesser daemons stats and skills in no way reflect what they should. Check!
Lesser daemons skill acess makes no sense. Check!
Improved version of lesser daemon doesnt have regenerate for no reason. Check!
Big guy doesn't resemble the greater daemon in any way. check!

Well... what a greater roster. :roll:

It seems this is how rosters are created now. and people are sitting back and accepting this type of roster creation????
