Updated Excel roster (Simyin)

Hi,
We still play our league by filling out the good old excel sheets. We are now using the one from Aros BB League (first link http://www.arosbb.dk/?p=dl).
I was wondering if there are more recent excel sheets available which provide the latest teams?
I know, there are a dozen alternatives. But none of the are as reliable as the Aros one.
More specific; I'd like to tryout a Simyin team and I'm looking for an xls-file with starting TV 1.000.000 and the FF set to 'free'. The calculations should be automatic.
Can anyone help me out?
