The obvious solution is to have an app (on whatever platforms can be supported), a website for people with odd tablets or whatever, good enough wifi which won't choke when a thousand people use it at once ... and also a couple monitors or info stations for the geezers and luddites. Show some respect, that's you in a few decades when the kids are getting neural brain interfaces.

Anyway, the important part is to have several different options for people to find the standings and their seat assignments. And especially (!!!) that all of the different sources agree with each other!
