High Elves using the Spiky build

Post by Long_Bomb »

I'm working on a High Elf Team built using the same build as the Spiky Open. Currently I have:

1 Thrower - Leader
1 Blitzer - Dodge, Tackle
1 Blitzer - Dodge, Kick
1 Catcher - Block, Dodge
1 Catcher - Dodge
6 Linemen

2 Re-rolls
1 Apothecary

I'm interested to hear what you think.

Looks good.

I might reconsider the thrower or kick skill but that looks pretty solid, a wrestle/dodge catcher would be neat.

Update: the Hartlepool family Glynn now has a virgin bath.

It's pretty much what i would take on an elf team.
I do quite like the cheap leader reroll on the thrower in tournaments. I'd put kick on a lineman though, rather than a blitzer. And definitely agree with Sillysod that a wrestle/dodge catcher is much better than a blodger.

I think I may go with you for the Wrestle on one of the Catchers. I'm currently considering dropping the Apothecary to get Strip Ball on the Blitzer, Kick on the Thrower and then Block on the other Catcher.

1 Thrower - Leader, Kick
1 Blitzer - Dodge, Tackle
1 Blitzer - Dodge, Strip Ball
1 Catcher - Block, Dodge
1 Catcher - Dodge, Wrestle
6 Linemen

2 Re-rolls
