NAF Undead

Post by sann0638 »

Lots of people taking undead to NAF this year - what's the best roster? Never played with them, haven't looked at them yet :D

Two main options:

2 Mummies, 2 Wights, 4 Ghouls, 5 Zombies*, 2 RRs (13 mens)
2 Mummies, 2 Wights, 3 Ghouls, 5 Zombies*, 3 RRs (12 mens)

* or Skeletons.

Cheers Joe - probably 3 ghouls, as I likes my rerolls.

The Undead are so good because of their specialist/lineman synergies.... What a savvy coach will do is target your specialists: Wights and Ghouls.... Once they are scuppered (KO/Injury/surfed) you have the devil's time moving the ball.... Damnedly tough time choosing between three and four ghouls.... As a tangential note: I'd take one skellie in place of a zombie.... In effect, a poor man's blitzer/linebacker....
