So the first FUMBBL resurrection tournament is here!

TV110
6 skills - 3 before game 1 then 3 more before game 4 (one can be a double)

So I'm going with the following Woodies team:

1 x tree
2 x wardancers
3 x catchers
1 x thrower
4 x lineman
2 x re-rolls

What skills to go with?

So far I have stripball WD, tackle WD and Leader on thrower for the first three then guard and wrestle catchers and dodge lineman.

Skill can be changed up until 2100 on Friday...any other options I should consider?

Cheers,

Tet

Perhaps frenzy on a wardancer? I've seen it put to good use.

And perhaps drop a reroll for an apo. You have 2, with leader .

yeah frenzy is better than tackle. I swear by kick, but nothing wrong with your choices.

Sorry for taking over your thread, but I am thinking about my starting roster for the WC with Wodd Elfs.

I dont like the tree in a a tournament, so would go with te following choices.

2 * Wardancer (Frenzy and Stripball before game 1)
3 * Catcher (block before game 4 (2 times block or sidestep before game 7)
6 * Linemen (1 Kick before game 1, guard before game 4)
3 * RR
1 * Assistent Coach
1 * Cheerleader

Or

2 * Wardancer (Frenzy and Strip Ball before game 1)
3 * Catcher (2 times block or sidestep before game 7)
1 * Thrower (leader before game 1)
5 * Linemen (kick and guard before game 4)
2 * RR
Apo

Skillchoices for the WC 3 Skills before game 1, 1 skill and 1 double before game 4, 2 skill or 1 double or 1 skill on a player who already has a skill.

Since I like to have my WD skilled fast and to have a kicker upfront I would like to go with Setup one. No need for leader later on leaves one more skill on the catchers. What do you think? Is setup one to fragile? No Tree and no apo? Are 3 RR to much? I like having them, to have always one available for a leap.
