Same for me about the tournament and the organisation. I had six great games against great oponents.

I would like to put a curse on Zurelli for injuring my powerzombie!

I'd like to add my thanks to all the organising team for a great weekend. Really nice hotel & nice setting. Staff were good too & put up with us remarkably well I thought.

Glad to see the tourney played in a good spirit again this year & like to thank all my opponents for some fun games.

Congratulations to Italy on another fine win - going to give someone else a chance next year guys?

Look forward to seeing most of you next year in France (if I make our team that is :-? )

Cheers
Ally

Nice guy, are U sure you wanna know the Dark Secrets of the Scary Dark Ritual?
Are U ready to bargai your soul and to face eternal damnation for a moment of fame and victory?
Have you checked my signature? I don't have nothing to loose now do I, In fact I'm tempting others.

I'm just wondering what the others were doing in that room, because I heard of the ritual.

To avoid a wooden spoon ... ?
I even think we must replace 7. Da_Great_MC, 25. Magic Tobe and 30. Quermitt in the Belgium team !
These results are to good.

I know, Team England has asked us to change nationality to get that eurobowl titel away from Italy and back to England.

I have heard a rumor that some chaos dwarf coach has been kicked from the team  and so a place is vacant.

Enjoyed the tournament a lot. Great tournament, great accomodation and the correct winners at the end.

Had great fun and next year we will pay for the dutch to get to eurobowl so we are certain that we do not get wooden spoon twice.

This last remark about paying for the dutch should not be taken serious because we know the dutch and they would take my word for it.

Yes, at times. I would say it was a little bit 'hit and miss'.

Shlominus, would you agree?

I hope the vegetarian food will be better in Toulouse... ;)

words can't really express how i felt about the food. luckily, this emoticon can point you in the right direction...

:puke:

i especially enjoyed the "lump of mozzarella with fries".

or when the waiters started arguing "but there is no meat in this..." (after being shown bits of meat, that is).

The "Tuna Steak with Grated Carrot" must've really hit it home that they were in no way used to dealing with Vegetarians...

That evening the Austrian team didn't take the dinner, we just went to a pizzeria across the river which had splendid food and remarkably good desserts.

All in all nobody in our team was happy with the hotel's food (which we are used to when playing the Eurobowl in Italy), but most of all the vegetarians were... wel... shlominus just explained. And the "lump of mozarella with chips" was at least funny (if it would have been the only joke there).

Don't get me wrong, the orga did a great job, but I do know Italians can make better food.

Very, VERY surprised to read this ...

And we thought us Belgians had high standards regarding food!

Well, probably the alcohol tranquilized our tongues or something then. I thought the food was good.

Getting it organized for 96 people seemed to be a bit of a problem, but concerning the quality Belgium didn't really have any complaints.
