People signed up on the basis of what was originaly laid out and whilst for some the extension is okay for others it is not. As I have already stated one of our players is not available Saturday evening so I'm not quite sure what we are supposed to do here.

As as far as the socialising is concerned, I don't think you can realisticly say that we can socialise during the 4th game, when most people will be trying to concentrate, but then maybe us Scots idea of socialising is a bit different to some other nations :)
As long as we (Wales) can play you in game 4 it should be alright

This was clearly pointed out as a possibility very early on - and before anyone signed up. So we haven´t changed it. It was clearly stated in the time schedule that a late game saturday was a distinct possibility.
However what we do here is difficult. We have tried to ask you guys for extra info about why he couldn´t be there - but didn´t get a clear answer.
I´ll try and talk to the organizers about this.

I agree completely - but I don´t think that people will be too tired to socialize afterwards, which after all was what I tried to state. Sorry if that wasn´t clear.

Your cottage number is in the cottage and cleaning plan. A link is in the info folder you have received.

Note that there has been a few last minute changes from the camping site, but they don't affect wales and the plan is up to date. So anyone can find there cabin numbers now using the link.

More last minute changes from the camping site. They have promised that it was the last.
