many thanks to everybody

the weekend was great for me and for the other french guys. danish and english guys are just crazy :) love you guys !

i just want to say that i am very disapointed with the organisation of my first eurobowl. i was expecting more than :
- rules changes the day of the tournament (tie breaker was not the same that it was annonced)
- 10-12 different places to play. the athmosphere was not so good as it can. europen guys was in 5 rooms. that was very sad
- briefing and "podium" in a cinema (waou can we think) with absolutly noting good. guys ? do you know who finish 2nd and third at europen and eurbowl ?

i am sure that the number of people who organise this eurobowl is the answer of all this point (and i am sure that turin and maybe some other guys work hard, but for this you need 10 guys). I am asking me if for a so big event, country who organised it have to valid some point like a unique big place to play, rules annonced long time before and never change...

that was my 2 cents. i hope i will be there next year.

Gratz to everyone who won something!
Thanks to everyone for showing up and making it a good event!

Thx for another grand tourney - and another shameful defeat.. ;)
Thx to all my different opponents during day and night.. For making this a blast.

For the venue, I think the hotel was great, it was cool everything was at the same place. I kinda liked the idea that there were many different places one could spend the vouchers at. That meant little time waiting lots of time eating, gaming and partying.

I think that it azzroag does have some points though. It could have been cool with one big room for all to play in, but I still felt that the atmosphere were great. So no issue for me there.
I do however find it a big shame that we went to the cinema in great spirit - and waited - and waited - and waited.. I am certain there was an explanation - but it took the celebration away from the prizes.
I also felt that it was a mistake not to pronounce 2nd & 3rd place as well as the wooden spoon. It could also have been cool with more info on the individual prizes and the EurOpen tourney: Races, wins, casualties, scores etc etc. Its about building a great atmosphere there - and it died a little in the end.
But again I´m certain that something wrecked and you got stressed :)

All in all I think it was well hosted and well planned.
