Eurobowl Captains/Go-betweens group

Ok, the forum group I previously set up seems to have corrupted out of existance, so I need to remake it so that captains can have access to the organisation sub-forum, but I no longer have the original list so can you please give me either the countries' captain, or the person that needs access on behalf of the captain (if they don't use TFF) so I can re-populate the list.
Also, if your country is missed of the list below please don't take offence - I don't follow the eurobowl closely so may be out of date on which countries take part.

Belgium will have a captain at the beginning of March.
As the Eurobowl communicator I also need access to that part of the forum.

I can't give him access to a group on a forum where he doesn't have an account now, can I.

Right, posted to NAF homepage (once moderated), NAF forum and the Eurobowl FB group - don't think there's a lot more I can do.
The rest is up to you lot to get people here.

Concerning France, the capitain will be known saturday 8th.
