G.A.S.T.R.O. chefs definitely aren't M.O.O.T. chefs.
Other than that, 1-2 is not that bad, I suppose...

Dear Dairy

I know I've neglected you, A lot of things has happened since I last confided in you but I'll do my best to bring you up to speed.

The team has developed to the point of only being allowed to play on the Majors with the big teams. This is of course not our most ideal scenario since most teams in the Major Division are well equipped to handle whatever we bring. Despite this coach says no one will be sacked. At best, a player will be allowed to leave the team on injury basis.

In truth all the weight of our team can be founds on five players, here comes a short presentation of them:
Oaky Dokey, Super Star: One of the original Beasts. Fast for a TreeMan. His grabbing skills are the main reason Zara won't play with us anymore. Sadly, he's still at loss when blocking although he gladly block several players at once.
Argenteus Truncus, Super Star: Leaf Its replacement. Raised quickly to become a unstoppable when moving and if he is for some reason put down, he jumps right back and make sure you regret it.
Peter "HotDog" Pork, Emerging Star: also one of the Original Beasts. When he is on the field he annoys the hell out of everyone. And I do mean everyone. Just refuses to die and once he is on a player you have to bring him down or he'll show you his famous Diving Tackle. I still hate his guts.
Entre Coat, Super Star:Team star and team captain. Greatest Fling Player that ever played in the Fury League. Fast, resilient and knows how to catch a ball. Recent rumors say he is palnning to start up his own team after he makes Legend. Did I mentioned he thinks higly of himself?
Lastly, there is me. Dirty Sam. Haven't given the fans any reoson lately to call me that thou. You could say the air talks of changes. Or maybe we just need a time out.

Enough for one day diary.

Dear Diary

The Right Stuff Open Competition II has started and as you may recall, we hold the crown on that one.
Yesterday we played against the crazed goblings of Flappy Jacks. That foolish lot have all attached wings on their backs thinking they'll "fly" better. Not very likely, but I'm getting ahead of myself. I'll start from the beginning:

It's not the first time we play against them. They are one of only two stunty team beside us able to play on the major(and when I say able, I mean only technically.) . We have met a couple of times before and we've always ended coming out on top. This is despite the fact that they have two goons that actually know how to use those wings, and how to use them well on top of that!
Bloody elves-wannabe if you ask me.

As the game went(in pouring rain I may add), they started out by singeling out Peter Pork with their chainsaw-gobbo. For once I wasn't the bit angry that the ref wouldn't see the gobling with a chainsaw as large as the gobbo himself enter the pitch. In fact I was quite excited as I expected to finally see the demise of Peter Pork. But Nuffle is a cruel yoker. Pork barerly flinched at the chainsaw, then grabbed it from the hands of a very surprised gobbo and removed both gobbo and chainsaw from the rest of the game.
I remember thinking that he was going to be bragging about how not even a chainsaw can break him! As luck have it, a very reliable troll finished the job that the chainsaw started and sent an unconscious Pork to the infirmary. He has still not awaken which is a bliss in itself.
After losing their initiative we had a fairly easy time getting the ball from them. A minor setback was when Entre decided to show off by dodging around while holding the ball. We ended up losing losing the ball momentarily(and Entre for the rest of the game).
(Thinking back, I guess we should have been more demoralized that we actually were at that moment. After all, we lost our two main players after the trees quite early. That means the rest of us would have more attention coming our way. That's never good in a game. Strangely most of us were relieved to get them out of the way.)
The trees, stayed unchallenged and had no problem supporting our game. I should mention that I had a few chances there to pick up the ball but choosed not to. I am after all not about to give those crazy gobbs any more reason to jump at me than necessary. Cakearms cousins second niece(Carl CakeArm IV) wasn't that clever and got the ball. Well, he is a rookie after all.
The trees did a great job clearing the pitch of gobbos and one of the trolls, thus making the first TD fairly unchallenged.

The second Half was all about Nur, the only elvish-wannabe-Gobbo on the field. He proved to be the sticky thing of the holy Pie. Very hard to get rid of and very hard to get away from. It all led to a stand down halfway to their TD where we blitzed Nur off and he blitzed the ball carrier making us lose the ball. this, we repeated several times until the final signal finally blew.

The Mootland Beasts vs Flappy Jacks 1-0(5-6)
TD: nr 12 Carl CakeArm(1:8)

Coach says, our next opp will be a Fling team by the name of Tobbacco Farmers.
I'll let you know how that goes.

Sam Out.

Afro - I thought the previous spelling "Dear Dairy" was more appropriate for 'Flings.

All the best.

Dear Diary
The Open Right Stuff Competition is over. Actually it never really started. Only The Crazy Gobbos of Flappy Jack took it seriously enough to actually play against us. And since we won, we get to keep the wandering prize. We are still the Best Right Stuff Team in the Fury league. Great……. Actually boring. This team is getting boring by the minute. Hadn’t been for the food….. Sod it I’m off to bed now.

Dear Diary
They announced that the Chaos Cup will be played and coach signed us upp before the announcement was even finish. He nurtures a dream that the Trees will be granted Tentacles by Chaos god if we win. The naivety of our coach never ends to surprise me.
I’m going to write down the seven other teams that have signed, that way I can remember how silly this whole endeavor really is.
The Bloodless Bastards, a dark elf team valued around 2080K. They are definitely a winner candidate. Heard it almost always wins everything it plays.
Darkness of Doom, 2910k. The killer chaos team from hell. Havoc currently leads the all-time casualty table with 170 casualties. Compare it with the number two in the list, Slash, 78 casualties. By the way, Slash also plays for DoD.
Gorgoth Flames, chaos dwarf Team with a cumulated value of 2430k. Previous winner of the Chaos Cup. Some of its hobs are really hypnotizing .
Average Joeys. amazon team, 2430k. Also a previous winner of the Chaos Cup. Their thrower is something of a legend, with extra arms.
Da Orcidas Boyz, a 2130k heavy orc team. A so called bad luck team. Usually ends up being runner up.
Oddly Ones a lizard team worth 2290k. If I could choose I would choose them as opponents
And last the Bad Taste Chaos Pact team with a value of 1880k. Not much to say expect that hey really have bad taste.
Well, it’s time to go to practice. I guess I’ll polish my best foul shoes. Been a long time since I got to use them.

Bye Diary

That's gonna be a tough competition!
Specially against those short guys with tackle all around.
