Balor's Brigands vs Chaotic Death (Score 2-0 Cas 2-0)
With plenty of fan support the Brigands returned to the pitch to play a rookie Chaos team. Clearly unfamiliar with the rules Yo-Yo, the Minotaur, charged into the Ork line while the ball was still in the air only to stumble and fall flat in the mud. This distraction allowed the Ork offensive to knock five players on there backs and, with a quick kick to the head from Crowe, the first player was off the pitch and a lose cage was formed on the left flank as the ball had landed on the line. A few ineffective punches were exchanged and Yo-yo jumped to his feet only to slide back down again from a skilled punch to the belly. The Ork cage rolled forward and a mid field scrum emerged with the advantage slowly tipping towards the Brigand's as more Beastmen were knocked out. With the help of his horns Bambi was able to knock down Hicks only to have the Black Ork Vasquez catch the scattering ball and then send Bambi to meet his maker. Raging in pain and anger Yo-yo stayed on the floor and a couple of Chaos players decided to stay prone rather than standing up and going to sign autographs for the slavering Ork fans allowing the green-skins an easy final push to score. They finished with ten players vs seven on the pitch. The sun came out as Chaotic Death knocked some Line-Orks on there back but even with a rather unsporting mass kicking they still could not break through armour.
Only nine Chaotic players returned to face a full Ork scrum in the second half. Not to be outdone by the opposition the Orks blitzed forward with the ball in the air and formed a cage on there right flank hoping to catch the ball as the rest of the team piled into the line to take full advantage of the extra players they had on the pitch. Hicks did not catch the ball but as the Warriors charged in the ball was sent scattering off Yo-yo and into Drakes hands. There was mud and blood flying everywhere as twenty players tried to punch any one wearing a different colour. After four minutes of punching two dazed Orks and a Beastman with a broken leg were stretchered off the pitch. Most of the Chaos players were on there back, along with half the Orks, as Drake stomped towards the end zone. Only Yo-yo had a chance at stopping him! He sprang to his feet and charge across the turf going for it with all him might managing a gently push putting Drake closer to his goal. The last free Beastman valiantly tried marking the black Ork but a quick punch sent the Beast, and any change of Chaotic Death equalising, off the pitch. Drake stood on the line watching the sand running out of the clock while the rest of the players continued to kick the living daylights out of each other in what had now broken up into four separate punch ups. Drake then walked across the line as the final whistle blew.

Balor’s Brigands vs Lounge Lizards TD 2-0, Cas 4-0
The majority of tonight’s fans returned to see the Brigands latest match. Black Orks guarded the line holding back the Saurus advance which let Hicks, the Blitzer, rush into mid-field to punch the Skinks. The first one fell stunned to the floor and a moment later the Hicks broke the neck (-AG) of another causing the ball to bounce around in the scrum.
Vasquez and Drake pushed Izzy the Saurus off the pitch where he was beaten to death by the crowd and two more Saurus were taken off to recover. Crowe was then sent off by the ref for using a broken Skink as boot scrapper meanwhile Apone got the ball and headed off for the end zone. Olly the Krox spent a while looking at him before finally realising he should try and get the ball back. Sadly, for the Lizards, Olly had a glass jaw and Apone scored.
Three Saurus, a Krox and single Skink were all the players left for the second half. This allowed Snake-Eyes the Ork Quarterback to grab the ball and, with a couple of Blitzers, rush down the left flank towards the end zone. Super Skink tried to stop them but got flattened into the turf. His only achievement came from the ref standing close by who sent 3 Green skins off as they kicked him in the head to keep him stunned for the rest of the drive.

Balor's Brigands (Orcs) vs Sour Sea Reavers (Undead) Final Score 2-0 Injuries 6-1
Balor's Brigands, a nearly forgotten Orc team, returned to the pitch today for their first game. They did not bring many fans but there cheerleaders chants were still heard over the roar of the zombie hoard. The Reavers were not prepared for the mighty onslaught they faced as all the scrimmage line players crashed to the floor and were carted off on stretchers. The Reavers tried to put some pressure on the Brigands loose cage with Ghooly dodging into the gap to get the ball. Sadly he was not prepared for a skilled punch from Snake Eyes, the Orc quarterback, that broke his nose and sent him to the dug out to recover. The carnage continued with Crowe jumping on heads every sprint until the referee finally noticed and sent him to the dungeon; slightly too late for the second Wight who he had just knocked out. By the fourth sprint there were only three Reavers left on the pitch allowing Snake Eyes to jog into the touchdown line while the Black Orc's bashed in Zombie heads. Six Reavers were being fed grog to wake up to bash the Orcs; three of them got back on the pitch before the half time whistle blew and all expect a Mummy were able to get on the pitch for the second half giving each team ten players.
The second half started with more cheering from the zombie horde but it was not enough for the Reavers to get Brigands off the pitch as they started there drive. The match turned into a slug-fest around the line that began to turn in the Reavers favour as Hicks, an Orc Blitzer, knocked himself out hitting the last Mummy who then broke a second Blizters arm a moment later. Ghooly made a break for it and dodged towards the end zone. Dietrich charged after Ghooly but only managed to push him into the end zone meaning all the Reavers had to do was pass the ball...
Ghastly jumped into the scrub and picked the ball up as two Orcs tried to bash him and threw the ball into the air. Only to have it land at his feet. The Brigands capitalised on this mistake sending Ghooly into the crowd and Ghastly off the pitch with a swift kick to the vulnerable. The crowd threw the ball back on the pitch towards the Reavers end zone allowing Drake, a Black Orc who had spend the whole drive slowly bashing a zombie down the pitch, to walk over pick up the ball and score seconds before the final whistle blew.

NTBBL: Round 1: Redcap Runners (Goblins) vs NorseBynature (Norse) TD 2-1 Cas 3-1
Score was 1 all at half time but thanks to a numerical advantage, or as the Goblins put it even numbers, the Redcaps pulled ahead and score at the end of the match. The Goblins got away with a single MNG (on Pogo) while the Norse had a dead Berserker and lineman with -MA. The bomber blew himself up, the Looney got badly hurt leaving just the Fanatic to get sent off and earn himself the MVP.

Round 2: Redcap Runner vs Baker Street Scum TD 2-1 Cas: 3-1
The first half was the Goblin cage running back and forth across the pitch in the pouring rain being chased by Skaven (one less each turn) before finally managing a hand-off for the score.

A pitch invasion began the second half allowing the Rats an easy score. The final drive was only 9 Rats agains a full Goblin team which, with more knocks outs and a death, was not enough to stop the stunty advance.

FUMBBL: Beresford Wombles (Skaven) vs Be Positive (Vampire) Score 1-0 Casulties 5-0
The game started well with two Thralls off the pitch seconds after the whistle went. As the Wombles tried to stall with the Ball a plucky Thrall dodged away and stunned a Runner. The crowd threw the ball to the feet of a second minion who managed to toss the ball to his waiting master. Sadly the second Vampire got thirsty and fled the pitch instead of remaining by the Wombles end zone. This left a solitary Thrall to try and get into position to retrieve the ball whom Wellington quickly knocked down as the half time whistle blew.

For the second half a full 11 Wombles lined up against 2 Vampires and 5 Thralls. Both teams were inspired by the cheering fans but it did not help the blood suckers. While they managed to break through the defensive line a lone Ventrue with a ball is no match for four runners who quickly surounded him with Cairngorm bashing him to the ground allowing Shansi to run off with the ball and eventually score. The referee sent Tomsk off for grinding Viscount Zarathuri into a pile of dust under his boots but he did not notice Madame Cholet kicking Count Herrman into torpor as the count was surrounded by five other Wombles.

Balor’s Brigands vs Westcotes Wicker Weavers TD 1-1 Casualties 2-0
The Elven weavers started the game with a deep kick putting the Orcs on the back foot. With the leave eaters bearing down on him in the left wide-zone Snake-eyes threw a pass to Hicks on the line allowing him, together with a couple of Blitzer buddies, to run into the right wide-zone. The valiant Tango Splintshaver sprinted across the pitch to stop them and was pushed into the crowd in the ensuring scuffle. Much to the green-skins annoyance he proved his acrobatic skills and tumbled over the crowd to land in the dugout ready for the next drive. With a couple more concussed Elves stretched off the pitch and a fumbled pass by Foxglove the Orcs once gain got possession and Hicks was able to sprint into the end zone as the whistle blew.

For the second half the Brigands tried to blitz the elves while the ball was in the air but it was not enough to prevent them from charging enemas into the back field. Only another failed pass by the catcher Foxglove gave them a momentary chance or breaking the Elven offensive. This was not to be and score board quickly changed to one all.

As the last drive started, with another deep kick by the elves, Chestnut Canechair felt the full force of the enraged Orcs as Drake punched him so hard it not only ended his career but his life! Tango tried to leap over Vasquez to get at Snake-eyes and the ball but misjudged the height of the lumbering black orc and ended up tumbling to the earth head first and being out of the game. This allowed Snake-eyes to form up an orderly cage and the green-skins marched forward having finally got superior numbers on the field.

Twiggy Leaflitter tried to position himself behind the cage in case the ball came lose but a few punches and kicks later he was being stretchers off and Crowe was sent to the dungeon having been told, in no uncertain terms, that elves were not for clean one boots up. The last war-dancer, Plaino Plankraver, tried a final bid to get the ball but did not have enough energy for the final sprint and fell in the dirt at Snake-eyes feet.

With only three Elves left standing the confidant Orcs advanced towards the end zone. However the match was not over yet; a plucky Foxflove Mulch, making up for her earlier failings, ducked and zipped passed all opponents to fend of a score and the second Catcher, Oakshot Leathercradler, scrapping at his other flank Snake-eyes had nowhere to go. Only able to knock down one catcher his only option was to throw the ball to Bishop waiting in the end zone for the ball. Pushing Oakshot in the face he tossed the pigskin with his other hand only to watch in horror as Oakshot grabbed his arm and twisted round catching the ball with his feet and twisting away to land with the final gong sounding blowing a raspberry as the exasperated Orc.

Milesian Banshees vs Naughty Norse TD:3-1 Cas 0-2
A small turnout of fans for this epic game in the frozen tundra. It began with the usual Elven play with the catchers, Faith and Tammy, running deep into the Norse back field while a clear path was made to prevent interceptions allowing Shainia Twain, the quarterback, to pass the ball and give the Banshees a one touchdown lead.

The next drive was very short as the Elves moved while the ball was in the air working on the same play, get the catchers deep into the oppositions ground. The ball landed in the end zone and bounced even closer to the corner meaning Sven only managed to move next to it. Rusty tackled Faith into the dirt but Tammy danced across the pitch past Sven and picked up the ball while his foot was resting on it for the second touchdown!

To the horror of the Norse the third drive started the same with the Elves moving before the ball landed. This time though Faith stumbled landing in a heap under the ball. This allowed Sven to pick it up and his mates, running back from the line, formed a rough cage around him. There were quickly as many Elves as Humans battling it out to get a hold of the ball. Taylor Swift side-stepped all around Sven until she was finally able to punch him in the face sending him crashing to the turf. Snowy tried to clear a path to retrieve the pigskin but Faith nimbly ducked under ihs roundhouse punch and he toppled over knocking himself out. Unfortunately for the Elves they then failed every pick up even when the balls was not in any tackle zones!

For the second half the Norse charged down the centre knocking Elves over left and right. Dolly Parton managed to knock Rusty the Wolf down but Yohan caught the bouncing ball and superior fighting skills saw them break through and with a hand off to Eric they scored a touchdown.

Getting a taste of there own medicine the Norse blitzed into the Banshees at the final drive began stunning Faith. Not to be undone the Elves continued with the plan and got Taylor and Tammy (Blitzer and Catcher) down field but both were knocked off there feet. Shainia passing the ball to Loretta, the last catcher, who dodged pass the opposing players to stand behind Tammy and Taylor. Fritz knocked her down leaving her stunned. With three Norse around the ball it was looking difficult but Taylor nimble moved over and knocked one down leaving an easy dodge for Tammy into the open pitch from where she could step over pick up the ball and dodge away again running in the last score of the match.

Milesian Banshees vs Balor’s Brigands TD 2-0; Cas 0-5!
(I did a training game against a new player using my teams)
A perfect kick from the Elves left the ball in the Orc end zone with Snake-Eyes, the Quarterback, not able to reach it quickly. The wall of green-skins was not enough to stop the nimble Elves from flooding the back field and a large scrum developed in the wide zone about who should have the ball. Taylor, the Elven Blitzer, could not dodge and while the catchers were mobile and able to pick up the ball in two or three tackle zones they managed to fumble every pass (even with Nerves of Steel). Fortunatly the Orc’s were just as inept at moving or holding the ball and it never got back the 30 yard mark. Eventually Tammy handed off to Dolly to finish the half one nil up.

Receiving after half time the usual finesse play saw the Orcs setting up for another drive two nil down. Crowe was sent off when he broke one Elves neck and Burke joined him after the ref noticed he was cleaning his boots on Faith. As the minutes ticked down and more Elves left the pitch the Orcs made a play to score. Hicks failed to catch the hand-off allowing Trisha to grab the ball and punt it back down the pitch. Dietrich , A lone black Orc safety, tried a long bomb but no-one was able to catch the scattering ball.

The Banshees won the match with two dead Line girls and another with a niggling injury. The menders were able to bandage Faiths leg allowing her to play the second half. The Brigands has three players sent off for unsporting conduct.

NTBBL: Round 3 - Redcap Runners vs Szechuan Scorpions (Nurlge) TD: 1-0 Cas: 1-3
Receiving a deep kick Pukk bounced his pogo stick over to grab the ball while Slyvester stunned Chengdu, the beast. In fear of the whirling ball and chain the Nurgle surounded Nozz knocking him down in a tangle of his own chain. Buzz sliced up Guangyuan causing him to faint from the pain but was knocked senseless himself in return.
These manuverus however put the rotten ones slightly too far out of position to stop Pukk bouncing down into the end Zone for a quick score. On Defence the scurrying green skins managed to contain the Nurgle offence in there own half thanks to them only have 8 players on the pitch unskilled in combat including the very stupid Chengdu.

For the second half nine Rotters faces a full Redcap team. It seems a great start for the Scorpions as after a couple of rushes there were only 7 Redcaps on the pitch; but they left an opening and Squee grappled the ball carrier to the ground stunning him. The rotters were unable to pick up the ball and a stupid Beast allowed Sylvester to charge in leaving an opening for Pukk to bounce over and run off with the ball who was chased by a couple of Rotter. He bounced as fast as he could but slipped in the mud and knocked himself out in the end zone. With the end of the match looming the rotters handed the ball off twice to get into the hands of Leshan the only rotter with a chance of scoring; he copied Pukk and slipped as he ran into the end zone leaving two Trolls and Bomber on the pitch shouting for joy that they had won the match!

(I failed a 2+ on Turn 13 to get a winning second touchdown and my opponent failed the GFI on turn 16 for the draw after a heroic sprint of picking the ball up in his own end zone at the end of T14 and getting it all the way to mine.)

LBBL Season 2, Round 1: Lady Leys Gladerunners vs Fomorian Corsairs TD: 0-2 Cas: 0-4
There was quadruple the number of Wood Elves attending the match than those who had come to watch the repulsive Fomorian's; in fact most of the spectators has only arrived to watch Lord Borak and his minions play not the actual Corsairs!

It looks like a classic Elven start with three nimble ladies dodging and leaping into the back field but it all fell apart as Emmageddon failed to catch the passed ball thanks to the freezing winds and howls around her. What was worse Immortal Longing's giant tongue snatched the bouncing ball up and he slowly stomped down the pitch surrounded by his Warrior brothers with no one actually paying much attention to the fact he scored other than Nancy who had taken root in the centre of the pitch and could do nothing about it. Meanwhile the Beastman Blazing Comet sent Charlotte Birth off the pitch on a stretcher so in a fit of rage her sister Finleyella was caught by the ref kicking a rotten Spawn in the head. Ministering Angel was so foul the Elves would not hit him and even when they were brave enough to try he broke skulls on two of the girls who had to go seek medical attention. There were screams of horror from the crowd when Lord Borak threw the Wardancer Emmageddon, who had failed to elude the beasts slithering tentacles, off the pitch where she was beaten to a pulp by the few rotters in attendance.

Only 7 Gladerunners took to the pitch for the second half against a full Fomorian team. The Elves went right so Blazing Comet ran off to the left with the ball. Robyin Wood Leap in and knocked him down but Jazz tripped in the mud as she tried to run off with the ball allowing the Corsairs to regain possession while a dirty rotter kicked Jazz in the head and the second Wardancer left the pitch in a daze. The rotter Tethra spawn shambled down the pitch with the ball to score a second touchdown while the last few elves stayed on the floor. With no one to hit Lord Borak kept kicking Lelly telling her to get up and move until the ref sent him and one of his rotten lackys off the pitch.

As the only Gladerunner standing the hulking dryad Nancy Mantreeno was award MVP as was Immortal Longing for his heroic effort of holding the ball for almost half a match.

NOTES:
The Elves got no SPP's other than the MVP. Disturbing Presence, Tentacles and a Dirty Player Merc Rotter keeping the strip ball war dancer stunned for the first half won the match. Catching the bouncing ball (on a six) helped too as it saved having to spent time picking it up. Best Turn was the Elven team re-roll being used to still snake eye the Foul Appearance roll followed by the double-skull on the next Elf blitzing the same Warrior!

LBBL Season 2; Round 2: Fomorian Corsairs vs Cromhaven Wulves (Humans) Score: 2-0 Cas: 1-1
The Wulves fans packed out the cheap seats filling the boats to capacity while only a few discerning Chaos supports decided to watch the match from the more expensive pleasure yachts sailing around the Corsairs floating pitch.

To start the game the Corsairs landed a deep kick into the Wulves end zone forcing Sir Huxley to jog down the pitch to gain control of the ball. There was a little batting around as players slapped one another and the Wulves advanced down the port side of the pitch. Unfortunately they forgot about the chattering rotten Spawn in the centre, Mercurial and Jolly Spawn, who jogged around the humans and punched Sir Hux in the gut causing him to drop the ball. Mercurial Spawn grabbed the ball and made a dash for the scoring line; Karl “Footloose” Cartwright tried to charge after him but an unexpected grapple from Jolly sent him sprawling to the hard decking cracking his ribs and taking him out of the game. On the other side of the pitch Vin “The forgotten” Goldbeater did no better as a vigorous choke hold from Death To Princes left him with a broken neck and also out of the game. Ymir gave “Kisser” North such a big hug he passed out and spent the rest of the game ‘recovering’ in the dugout.

A quick score followed but the crowd were unhappy when only seven Wulves took to the field against a full Corsair Eleven. A thrown rock that concussed Devil’s Scripture helped even the numbers but it was not enough. This time Sir Huxley led the boys down the starboard flank but they got a little too close to the edge and with “Piss face” Tanner being knocked into the shark infested waters Sir Hux turned tail and ran back the way he came. Like a bull Blazing Comet charged after the fleeing man and butted him to the floor. In an effort to win the, yet unassigned, role of Quarterback Wistful Spawn picked up the ball and passed it to Grumpy.

The second half looked a little better for the Wulves as they have eight players against ten after Fleabag got sent off for kicking “Clockwork” Fletcher. Sir Huxley proved his skill by landing the ball in the very corner of the field however Ymir’s hugs and a few punches from the Warrior-Priests left all of Huxley’s blue boys lying on their backs.

Boris “the party man” took a swing at Mercurial, knocking his icy nose clean off his face and leaving a crack running down the left side. Enraged Immortal Longing punched Boris back knocking him senseless. Phil went down fighting Ministering Angel and decided to spend the rest of the half lying down (safer that way). “Clockwork” Fletcher tried to get at Blazing Comet as he sped past with the ball but Ymir’s friendly tentacles held him fast. After giving Sir Huxley another savage beating and a good kicking, just to be sure, Devil’s Scripture walking into the end zone and caught the ball to end the match with another two-nil victory for the Fomorians!

Ministering Angel was awarded the MVP for knocking out the most Wulves and “Kisser” North was awarded the MVP for the great ‘conversation’ he had with the referee while ‘recovering’ in the dugouts.

Boudica Bowl IV Feb 2016 - Playing Goblins.

R1: 1-1 draw vs Skaven cas 4-2
First half I dodged the wee men through to harry is Thrower and a couple of 1 dice blocks later he scored. Chainsaw and Fantatic started clearing Rats off the pitch; he broke my cage and threw the ball but it was heroically intercepted handed off the the Pogo stick who then failed a dodge for an equalising score turn 8. I played the second half for draw as he was low on numbers but not low enough I could stop his Runners. He had 2 players left on the pitch at the end!

R2: Draw vs Halflings 1-1 Cas 2-4
My nemesis the Master Chef stole all my hungry Goblins re-rolls. I had a good first half with chainsaw KO'ing Gobins left and right and both his trees rooted by Deeproot was kept busy beating up a troll on the other side of the pitch. Second half started will with a scrum but I made a mistake and tried to pickup the ball rather than leaving it in three zones; after the bounce the Fling was away with the ball and too many KO's in the second half together with a few failed dodges and I had nothing to stop the Turn 16 equaliser.

R3: lost to Drow 1-6 cas 3-1
The first half was where armour 8 could have been infinity and neither Chainsaw nor Trolls could break armour. Pogo was not sure footed as he fell on the score line but I was able to recover the ball on Turn 8 with a string of dodges and score. Sadly the bribes failed and poor wake up rolls left not enough players to defend in the second half. Adding on a Blitz and Drow were scoring every other turn until I had enough players wake up to slow them down. This high score did mean my opponent won most Touchdowns (by one) at the end of the tournment.

R4: win vs Ogres 2-1 cas 5-1
The game had a slow start with a pitch invasion and nobody, not even Goblins on Snots, wanting to break armour; then at the start of the second half the crowd threw a rock killing a Goblin which changed the mood. Chainsaw and Fanatic killed the 3 snots on the line and wiped the rest out over the next few turns leaving just 5 stupid and stunned Ogres watching as the Pogo stick bounced in to score the winning touch down.

R5: win vs Chaos 2-1 cas 2-3
A perfect start with Saw and Fanatic KO'ing the three line beasts and a Warrior joining them moments later. I took one player off the pitch almost every turn leaving just one warrior left at the end of the first half. Sadly most of them woke up; Chainsaw dodged into cage and took out the ball carrier but I could not escape with the ball. We had a big scrum near my end zone which ended when Choas scored T15. Fortunatly I managed a 2 turn score for the win!

R6: lost to Undead 3-1 cas 3-4
It was that sort of game lots of stupid Trolls and I failed the dodge to score and died; which was followed by more failed dodges and a Throw Team Mate (who all died). I killed his Tackler but he regnerated and in the second half Fungus rolling both down which I managed to re-roll into more of the same! The only saving grace was I managed the turn 16 throw team mate with only five players on the pitch.

Acheivments:
Finished 6th and won the Stunty Cup!
Scored in every game!
Performed a One Turn Touchdown with Throw Team Mate!

LBBL Season 2; Round 3: Fomorian Corsairs vs The Magnificent Bastards TD: 3-0 CAS: 1-2
The mists cleared in front of Matthew Hopkins as the Druids let his team out of the shadow realm and back to Talabheim. He could still hear the grown from Bixerok who was being carried on a stretcher as he was unable to walk with his smashed hip. He knew the Corsairs were already in the city eager for battle. The messenger told him that the High Council had spent gold on hiring Helmut Wulf to help the team but he was still short of players to cover for those injured. Hearing the roar of the crowds outside he quickly looking around the stadium locker room and shouted to the water boy and janitor to put on the team uniforms and line up. Together the twelve men marched onto the pitch.

Brother Ministering Angel watched the enemy march onto the pitch. He turned, tossed the pig skin to Blazing Comet and signalled the players into position. A short kick left the ball lying in the dirt a few feet in front of him and the Hu-mans scrambled to surrounded it. He charged in knocking Montague down and, with Comet's help cleared the Hu-mans away from the ball. This allowed Fleabag to scramble away with the prize safely surrounded by the Spawn.

Hawley Crippen struggled as the sea creatures tentacles wrapped around his helmet trying to pull it from his head. As globules of mucus slid down his armour he heard a tiny voice saying “shiny, like shiny”. Swinging his fists together like a mallet he smashed them into the towering beast toppling her to the ground. Behind him he saw Hopkins and Comet both go crashing to the ground and only his team captain staggered back up again. As he pulled his fits away from the squelchy mess he saw the rotting corpse, called Fleabag, shambling away with the ball and then everything went dark...

Ministering Angel looked down in disgust at the unconscious Hu-man and then kicked Ymir until she wobbled to her feet and ambled down the pitch to try and pull Horatio's helmet off. Fleabag had tripped over but with a little help from Jolly Spawn they knocked Gilles, the only Hu-man near the ball, down allowing Tigger to sweep up the ball and score the first touchdown of the match as the whistle went for half time.

Hugo had only been hired to sweep the floors and clean up after the the players. He now stood on the line of scrimmage petrified with fear. Behind him a large man was struggling to get the rotating blade on his chain-sword to start moving while in front of him a slavering beast was dripping mucus onto the rim of his helmet. He heard the referees whistle and everything was a blur. Feet and fists were flying everywhere and then there was a loud crack as his helmet snapped in half under rows of razor sharp teeth. Thankfully he passed out at that point and did not recover until the match was over.

Tigger picked up the pig skin and ambled to the centre of the pitch safely surrounded by her team mates. The Hu-mans pressed in around them and she held the ball tight as they pushed and shoved the hairless apes into her; she rode the wave of bodies until she slid out the far side of the scrum. With no Hu-mans in the back field she jogged to safety. Looked back she saw Helmut slice Ministering Angel's arm off and start trying to cut through Devil's Scripture plate mail. While Angel staggered off the pitch to get patched up she dived into the end zone scoring a second touch down for the team. With the referee's whistle blasting in his ear Helmut turned to Hopkins shouted “thanks for the gold” and left the pitch.

While the healers were reattaching the captains arm Devil's Scripture took on the roll of leader. With the few remaining Hu-men all standing ready to attack the left flank he kicked the ball into the deep right field and with the ball in the air the Spawn charged after it.

Hopkins had the play all thought out. His men were going to punch a hole in the flank in front of him and he would have a small victory of scoring. However to his dismay the ball was flying over his head to the other side of the pitch and, in a very unsporting turn of events, the Fomorian's started running after it before it even landed! Shouting to his few remaining players they all turned and ran deep into there own back field but no one could get to the ball. Luckily the shambling corpse, Fleabag, slipped as he tried to pick the ball up and it bounced to Hopkins feet. His last few players boxed up around him as Tigger and Devil's Scripture piled into them. A final push from his colleagues and Hopkins was free he dashed to the left and hurled the ball as far as he could into the other half of the pitch...

Having got bored of kicking Montague in the head Jolly Spawn watched the ball sail past him and thud into the soft earth. Seeing a chance to shine he trotted over and passed the ball to Grumpy Spawn who handed it to Tigger for a third touchdown in her first ever game!

LBBL Round 4: Ugly Gitz - Fomorian Corsairs TD 1-2 Cas 0-0
The Orc stronghold was set deep into the Cymry hills and the ground in front of the great iron gates had been cleared and marked up for the match against the Corsairs. It was a cold day with a freezing wind blowing but this was not enough to prevent the whole tribe from coming out to watch there famous team, the Ugly Gitz, play against the undefeated Fomorian Corsairs.

Deciding to kick Tarquin send the ball too long and it bounced into the crowd to be thrown back to Tigger who was more than happy to start the match clutching the ball to her breast. The first quarter of the match was very much a standoff with both teams taking little jabs at the other and then when Bonecrusher Barry was dealt a stunning blow the Corsairs moved swinging wide around the Orcs into their half of the pitch. A few more ineffective punches and Tigger made a break for the end zone. Brian the Bastard saw his change he jumped over Ymir, rolled past Grumpy Spawn and tried for a sucker punch but Tigger was too skilled for his childish manoeuvre and blocked his attack. Immortal Longing then sent Brian reeling and the other Warrior-Priests blocked the access for any Orc to get at Tigger allowing her to score. In a rage Mental Malcom kicked Fleabag until his broken body was dragged off the pitch. All the Orcs had time for before half-time was for Tarquin to throw a short pass.

During the break the Warrior-Priests performed the rain dance and while the rain did come the cold weather resulting in a blizzard freezing the pitch as the players assembled for the second half of the match.

The real reason all the Orcs fans were cheering was soon revealed as Ugroth Bolgrot came running on to the pitch his signature chainsaw cutting through the cold air and ice. His skills and power was unstoppable as at every turn he chopped up Fomorian’s.

Ministering Angel passed out from blood loss and Jolly "The Quarterback" Spawn got his face chopped off ending his career and then Tigger, the teams star, fell stunned under his whirling blade. Death to Princes leaped in stunning Bolgrot but with no one left protecting the flank the Orc horde were huddling in the Corsairs half joking about how many completions they could throw before ending the game in a draw!

Angered by their attitude Tigger shouted at the mighty sea monster Ymir who responded to her call and charged into the massed Orcs. Knocking them left and right she wrapped her tentacles around Brian and the ball. With encouragement from his coach Brian slipped from her grip and dived into the end zone scoring for the Gitz.

With only a few downs left the Corsairs had everything to play for. Tarquin tried to land the ball on the left flank as his team shifted positions to head that way but the blinded by the snow it once again landed in the crowd leaving the Orcs out of place and having to rush back to cover mid-field.

The lack of skill on the Orcs showed as Gutspewer the Troll and Bruiser Bob were both knocked out and with many more groaning on the floor Tigger was once more away deep into Orc fields ready to score. In an attempt to show off his nimble steps Brian tried to go after her but Ymir held him fast both times he tried to pull away giving the Fomorians there fourth win of the season.

LBBL Round 5: Fomorian Corsairs vs Plague River Fleabags TD: 2-1 Cas: 1-0
The Fleabags won the coin toss and decided to receive the ball; not to be outdone the Corsairs starting throwing punches while the ball was still in the air and were delighted to see Quarterback Thanoq Sweeker fumble the ball as he rushed to pick it up. Not be outdone he took another go at it as Tigger rushed towards him and was able to hand the ball to Sylas who nimbly leaped over the Fomorian defenses and scored the first touchdown of the game.

The referee left the clock running while the fans rioted in the stadium at seeing the first score of the season against the Corsairs not achieved with the assistance of a Chainsaw! Sweeker kicked the ball but it landed in the crowd allowing the referee to pass it to the Fomorian Captain Ministering Angel who, surrounded by his fellow Warrior-Priests, slowly stomped down the pitch knocking out Vermin with each step. As the ref prepared to blow the whistle he was faced with the two Storm Vermin trying to claw the ball from his hands. Punching the first to ground he proved that more than just Runners can dodge as he dashed a full 60 yards into the end zone to even the score at half time.

During the melee both Slavverfang and Sylas had been knocked out and neither woke up to defend against the Fomorian onslaught leaving only 8 Fleabags vs 10 Corsairs (the referee sent Grumpy off for kicking Sylas). Once more a shaken Sweeker kicked the ball too far and this time Devil’s Scripture received the inflated skin. Another melee ensured with some more rats and single spawn being knocked out. Ymir, the beast, and Bo Bonik kept wrestling each other to the ground. The Warrior-Priest handed the ball off to Tigger as the last sands ran through the timer and the dazed rats failed to get anywhere close to stop her scoring a winning touchdown.

NTBBL S7 Round 2: Redcap Runners vs Nittany Lions (Bretonian) TD 1-0 Cas 1-2
Lions had 250k Inducements and arrived with a spare Medic and Wizard.
It was a bad start for the Redcaps with a pitch invasion leaving four players stunned and Pukk the Pogoer failing to pick up the ball. Fortunately they recovered and caged up. Then they managed a hat trick of knock outs to reduce the Lions numbers and pushed through on the right hand side. For a brief moment in the fourth down the Lions stole the ball but with no where to run it was quickly recovered and with only four players left on the pitch the Lions could not stop the Goblins scoring the first touchdown. A perfect defense from the Goblins foiled the Lions attempt to equalize and the second half started with 8 Lions vs 10 Redcaps (the bribe had failed to stop Nozz the Fanatic being ejected).

The Lions broke through on the left but there loose defense left an opening for a plucky Yukk who knocked Stag the Blitzer to the ground and allowed Squee to run off with the ball. This forced the Bretonians to turn tail and rush back into there own half to try and defend. This saw a back and forth as every time a Goblin grabbed the ball the Lions would knock him down but fail to pick up. Eventually in the sixth down the Lions got the ball and chucked it across the field where it bounced off the Yoeman's head. Stag ran over and grabbed the ball and was promptly punched in the face by a Sylvester the Troll pushing him away. As the last sands ran out of the timer Stagg tried to nimbly dodge past Sylvester but tripped over ending the game in another victory for the Redcaps!

LBBL - S2; R6: Fomorian Corsairs vs Wright's Wight Knights TD: 0-2 Cas: 2-1
With sixteen thousand zombie fans watching the match and only nine thousand Chaos supporters it set the tone for the match. The Fomorians started well taking a Zombie out on the first turn but the unlivings superior guarding skills and mighty blows quickly reduced the offence. Failing down on a risky rush to score gave the ghoulish minions the ball and a quick score followed. With no one waking up the eight defenders could not stop the offence and more skilled guarding stopped a final drive from the Corsairs getting a consolatory touch down.

Notes: I got whupped by players with Guard and having no reserves to defend with. A very stupid Beast did nothing to help! Too busy with wedding anniversary to write anymore back to normal for next round.
